Working Student – Software Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

Support our Software Asset Management team in Bucharest as a working student. You will process license requests, assist with lifecycle management and troubleshoot via e-mail and phone. Together with global license managers you maintain data records, register proofs, manage portals and create consumption reports while ensuring compliance.

Your profile

Solid experience with Microsoft 365
Strong communication skills in English
Openness to new topics
First practical experience through student initiatives or NGOs is an advantage
